2 in custody, accused of assaulting Texas state trooper in New Braunfels, authorities say

NEW BRAUNFELS, Texas – Recently, a serious incident occurred in New Braunfels when two males allegedly assaulted a Texas state trooper and then fled the scene. Fortunately, both individuals have been taken into custody, as confirmed by the Guadalupe County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO).
