With six massive 1,000-gallon Moberg smokers in operation, briskets are already being prepped while construction wraps up. The menu will feature sliced brisket, chopped beef, pork ribs, and house-made sausage, all emphasizing a no-waste philosophy. Sides will include favorites like mac and cheese, creamed corn, and potato salad, along with tempting desserts like peach cobbler and banana pudding. The ambiance will blend local art and history, making it a must-visit dining experience.

This name reflects the vibrant taco culture of the city, and it’s designed to resonate with both locals and visitors. A little taco character will be part of the branding, and fans can expect a mascot reveal soon!
