FORECAST HIGHLIGHTS
FORECAST
It seems like summer just doesn’t want to let go! This late summer heat is sticking around, with temperatures expected to soar near 100°F today and potentially lasting through early next week. While the temperatures may not fluctuate much day to day, we could experience our hottest days this upcoming weekend.
When it comes to rain, the chances remain relatively low. For today, there’s only a 10% chance of rain. However, as we move into the middle of the week, those odds increase slightly to 20% on Wednesday and 30% on Thursday, which appears to be our best opportunity for some precipitation. A stray storm might also make an appearance on Friday.
Our best rain chance shows up on Thursday

As we look ahead, there’s still a sense of anticipation for a cold front. Initially, long-term weather models suggested that we might see a cooler front next week, but those predictions have since changed. This kind of shift is not uncommon, especially during the early transitions of the season. We’ll continue to monitor the weather patterns for any signs of a cool-down.
