NEXT CHANCE OF RAIN

As we move into Monday, warm and humid weather will persist. There’s a chance for scattered sea breeze showers, especially in the afternoon and evening. The best chance for rain and maybe a few thunderstorms will be in the Hill Country and along the Interstate 35 corridor. Most of these storms will likely stay in northern areas.

Looking ahead to next weekend, another upper-level disturbance and an approaching cold front may bring scattered showers and thunderstorms back to South-Central Texas on Saturday. So keep your plans flexible!

REMAINING SEASONABLE

By midweek, high pressure will become stronger over Texas, leading to a period of hot and dry weather. Temperatures are expected to rise gradually, with afternoon highs potentially reaching the upper 90s by the end of the workweek.
