SAN ANTONIO – One of San Antonio’s oldest and largest Fiesta traditions begins Friday at St. Mary’s University.

The Fiesta Oyster Bake is not just a culinary delight but a vibrant music festival that brings together the community in celebration and support of St. Mary’s University. This two-day event is renowned for its lively atmosphere, where attendees can savor an impressive quantity of over 100,000 oysters, all while enjoying a diverse lineup of musical performances.

Scheduled for April 17 to April 18, the festival promises to deliver a feast for the senses. The event kicks off on April 17 from 5-11 p.m. at 1 Camino Santa Maria, featuring an exciting music lineup that includes popular acts like Switchfoot and Drake Milligan. This combination of live music and delectable seafood creates an atmosphere that is both festive and fun, drawing attendees from across the region.
