CONVERSE, Texas – A serious incident has surfaced involving a former San Antonio police officer, who is currently under investigation by the Converse Police Department. The investigation stems from allegations that the individual exposed himself at St. Monica Catholic Church.
According to reports from the Converse Police Department, officers responded to a call around 10:15 a.m. on August 21. The call was prompted by multiple reports concerning a man behaving inappropriately on church property.
The individual in question, identified as Reyes Martinez Jr. from San Antonio, was captured on security footage parking an SUV near the church’s elementary classrooms. Disturbingly, the video revealed that Martinez was dressed in women’s clothing and was seen looking into windows while lifting his clothing to expose himself.
