THIRSTY THURSDAY | PERRY’S STEAKHOUSE & GRILLE
15900 La Cantera Pkwy #22200, San Antonio, TX 78256
Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille is a must-visit spot on the far northwest side of San Antonio, right by La Cantera. Their bar program features a rotating menu of classic cocktails with a unique twist. This October, they’re offering a mini martini trio that lets guests sample a variety of flavors.
The trio includes the Straight Paloma, made with Codigo 1530 Blanco and blood orange, softening the grapefruit’s acidity while maintaining a dry citrus edge. Next is the Peachy Plane, a peach-infused take on the Paper Plane, and lastly, the Whiskey Noir Sour, a lighter bourbon drink featuring Four Roses and a house-made Harry’s pinot noir syrup. Guests can customize their experience by adding egg white for creaminess and stirring in the syrup to their liking. While the individual drinks are always available, the trio is only around for October.
