Justin Nathaniel Gonzalez is facing serious legal trouble after being charged with the manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance in Texas. Specifically, he is accused of dealing a Penalty Group 2 substance, which includes THC, the psychoactive component of cannabis. The amount in question is between 1 and 4 grams, according to legal documents.

This incident allegedly took place on July 14 at Blvck Diamond Smoke Shop, located on West Hildebrand Avenue. An undercover officer, who was part of a larger narcotics investigation, entered the shop and purchased 2 grams of THC wax from Gonzalez. Following the purchase, the substance was field tested and confirmed to have THC.

Investigators were able to identify Gonzalez by comparing his driver’s license photo with the description of the person who sold the THC wax. This highlights how law enforcement agencies utilize technology and investigative techniques to track down individuals involved in the drug trade.

It’s important to note that Texas has recently implemented stricter regulations on hemp-derived THC products. In July, several such products were banned, reflecting the state’s ongoing efforts to control the sale and distribution of cannabis-related substances.
