GILLESPIE COUNTY, Texas – A former staff member of Harper Independent School District has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for secretly recording students, a deeply concerning violation of trust and privacy.
The case began when the Guadalupe County Sheriff’s Office received reports in November 2025, alleging that Pedro De Luna III had recorded a juvenile girl in a bathroom at his home. This alarming revelation led to a larger investigation.
