SAN ANTONIO – The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is reaching out to the community for help in solving a case of mail theft that occurred at an apartment complex in Southtown. This incident highlights the importance of community vigilance and cooperation with law enforcement.
The theft took place around 5:15 p.m. on April 24 at the Acero apartment complex, located in the 300 block of West Cevallos Street. According to reports, a woman with multiple tattoos on her left arm was seen opening several mailboxes and taking mail without the owners’ permission.
This kind of crime can have serious consequences for victims, as personal information and important documents may be compromised. The sheriff’s office has indicated that the suspect may have left the scene in an unknown black vehicle, which adds to the challenge of tracking her down.
