SPRINGFIELD, Mass. – Stephen Curry is making waves in the world of basketball once again as he prepares for his induction into the Hall of Fame. In a groundbreaking move, the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame is set to unveil an exhibit dedicated to the two-time MVP and all-time leader in three-pointers, titled Stephen Curry: Beyond the Arc.

Scheduled to open on Friday, this exhibit marks a historic first for the Hall of Fame, as it is the first time in its nearly 75-year history that an active player will be showcased in a dedicated feature experience. “When I think about my journey,” Curry expressed, “I think about the people who believed in me, the work that happened when nobody was watching and the moments that shaped me on and off the court. To have that story told while I’m still playing is something I don’t take lightly.” He hopes visitors will experience the joy, purpose, and gratitude that basketball has brought him and perhaps see reflections of their own journeys within it.

Developed in partnership with Curry’s Thirty Ink business team, the exhibit will feature a plethora of engaging content. Fans can expect to see video footage chronicling Curry’s illustrious career, as well as memorabilia and audio-visual components that narrate the story of a player who, despite being overlooked coming out of college, has since become a 12-time All-Star and has led the Golden State Warriors to four NBA championships.

“For him to become the first active player to have an exhibit in the Basketball Hall of Fame is a testament to what he represents to the game, to the Warriors, to the NBA and to his millions of fans around the world,” commented Warriors general manager Mike Dunleavy. He added that this exhibit serves as a fitting tribute to an iconic player who has fundamentally changed the dynamics of basketball.

The Hall of Fame anticipates that Curry’s exhibit will have a limited run, expected to last through the summer of 2027 before it closes, allowing fans a unique opportunity to celebrate his ongoing legacy while he is still actively contributing to the sport.
