Karol G announces world tour, plans Alamodome return in September

SAN ANTONIO – Karol G, the global pop superstar known for her electrifying performances, has announced an exciting worldwide tour that will include a highly anticipated return to San Antonio later this year.

The tour, titled “Viajando Por El Mundo Tropitour,” is set to take over the Alamodome on **September 2, 2026**, according to a news release from Live Nation. This marks a significant event for both fans of Karol G and the city itself.

Karol G’s performance will be one of four shows in Texas, showcasing her growing popularity in the Lone Star State. Just four days after her Alamodome concert, she will perform at the open-air Sun Bowl in El Paso on **September 6**.

The September leg of her tour will continue with a concert at Reliant Stadium in Houston on **September 27**, followed by a grand finale at AT&T Stadium in Arlington on **October 15**.

Fans who attended her previous show at the Alamodome in 2023 remember the emotional tribute she paid to the legendary Tejano singer, Selena, highlighting her deep connection to musical heritage.

For those eager to secure their spots, early access tickets will be available through a presale starting on **April 27**. Interested fans must sign up by **10 a.m. on April 24** to be eligible for the presale ticket purchase.

General ticket sales for the public will be announced later and may vary by market, as stated by Live Nation. This is a perfect opportunity for fans to experience the vibrant atmosphere of Karol G’s performances live.
