SAN ANTONIO – One of San Antonio’s oldest and largest Fiesta traditions begins Friday at St. Mary’s University.

The Fiesta Oyster Bake is not just a culinary delight but a vibrant music festival that brings together the community in celebration and support of St. Mary’s University. This two-day event is renowned for its lively atmosphere, where attendees can savor an impressive quantity of over 100,000 oysters, all while enjoying a diverse lineup of musical performances.

Scheduled for April 17 to April 18, the festival promises to deliver a feast for the senses. The event kicks off on April 17 from 5-11 p.m. at 1 Camino Santa Maria, featuring an exciting music lineup that includes popular acts like Switchfoot and Drake Milligan.
