FORECAST HIGHLIGHTS
FORECAST
NOTICING A HAZE?
These days, you might have noticed a slight haze in the sky. This isn’t unusual for our area during the summer months. Currently, the haze is caused by a mix of smoke from wildfires in Mexico and a light plume of dust coming from the Sahara Desert. While it’s not overly thick, it may linger through the weekend. Most people likely won’t even notice it too much!
HOT, BUT NO TRIPLE DIGITS
It’s going to be hot for the foreseeable future. However, it’s worth mentioning that we have yet to hit the 100°F mark this year. In fact, today is typically when San Antonio usually experiences its first triple-digit day. While the forecast doesn’t predict temperatures reaching 100°F, the humidity will make it feel warmer, likely over 100°F during the afternoons. So stay hydrated!
So far this year, we have not seen any triple digit days.

ANY HOPE FOR RAIN?
Unfortunately, the prospects for rain are looking pretty slim as we wrap up June and head into July. There’s only a very small chance of a shower on Sunday, but it’s not something to count on. So, if you had plans for outdoor activities, you might want to consider the heat!
