EVEN HOTTER WEATHER AHEAD
As the week progresses, temperatures are expected to rise even further. By Wednesday, we could see triple-digit highs! With the heat index, it might feel like it’s between 100-105 degrees in the afternoons. Be sure to stay hydrated and take breaks if you’re outdoors.

ACTIVE TROPICS
In addition to the heat, the tropics are starting to show some activity. The National Hurricane Center is currently monitoring three systems. One of these is showing signs of strengthening and has a 60% chance of developing into something more significant. We’ll keep an eye on this and provide updates.
