After a very humid morning, with patchy drizzle, skies will clear somewhat by the afternoon. This clearing will lead to a warm day, with expected highs in the upper-80s and steamy conditions. Storm activity will primarily be confined to the areas along the Rio Grande, making for a relatively quiet day across the broader region.

TUESDAY & WEDNESDAY

On Tuesday, we can expect a weather pattern similar to that of Monday, with any storms remaining to the west of San Antonio. However, it’s important to note that any storm that develops along the Rio Grande or in the Hill Country could quickly escalate to strong or severe levels, warranting extra caution for residents in those areas.

By Wednesday, an upper-level storm system may begin to push showers and storms slightly closer to San Antonio. Despite this development, the overall odds of rain will remain relatively low at around 30%. Nonetheless, temperatures are expected to stay warm, maintaining the summer-like feel.

WEEKEND

Looking ahead to the weekend, a cold front is anticipated to move through on Saturday. This front is expected to bring isolated rain chances. In fact, we could see lows in the 50s by Sunday, with highs retreating into the 70s, offering a welcome respite from the heat.
