SAN ANTONIO – Pearl, a vibrant hub for culture and community, has announced an exciting new addition to its calendar: the inaugural “Pearl Fest.” This music festival is set to kick off the Memorial Day weekend in May, providing a lively celebration for residents and visitors alike.
Headlining the festival will be the acclaimed band Los Lonely Boys, known for their unique blend of rock and Tex-Mex music. Pearl Fest will take place on Saturday, May 23, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., with doors opening at 4 p.m., allowing attendees to arrive early and soak in the atmosphere.
In addition to Los Lonely Boys, the festival will showcase a variety of Texas-based artists, including Nicky Diamonds, mypilotis, and LA45 featuring Sunny Ozuna. This diverse lineup reflects Pearl’s commitment to highlighting local talent and fostering a sense of community.
Pearl Fest will be held in a unique outdoor setting beneath U.S. Highway 281, specifically in the parking lot located at 710 Avenue A. This location is well known for hosting numerous events and is easily accessible for festival-goers.

For those eager to participate, tickets will be available for purchase starting at 10 a.m. on Thursday, April 23, exclusively for members of the Pearl e-newsletter. The advance ticket price is set at $25, while day-of-show tickets will be priced at $35. This pricing strategy aims to make the festival accessible while also encouraging early attendance.
In addition to the main performances, festival-goers can enjoy free live music near the stage at 303 Pearl Parkway, starting at 11 a.m. This aspect of the event highlights Pearl’s dedication to providing a rich cultural experience for all attendees.
