Officials searching for man accused of intentionally setting 2 fires at north Bexar County property

BEXAR COUNTY, Texas – In an alarming turn of events, the Bexar County Fire Marshal’s Office is actively seeking assistance from the public in identifying a person of interest linked to two separate fires that were intentionally set on private property in north Bexar County. This incident has raised concerns among residents, prompting officials to act swiftly.

The individual in question is described as a male in his 20s. Authorities report that he was last spotted on May 19, allegedly fleeing from a church located near the intersection of Overlook Parkway and U.S. Highway 281. Witnesses have provided a detailed description of the man’s attire, which may aid in his identification.

He was last seen wearing a black-and-gray ball cap and a black San Antonio Spurs T-shirt featuring a prominent No. 1 on the front. Additionally, he donned dark-colored basketball shorts and black-and-white sneakers. The man was also carrying a black backpack, which could serve as another identifying feature.
