BEXAR COUNTY, Texas – A tragic incident unfolded in south Bexar County when a 1-year-old child was critically injured after being stepped on by a horse. The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office reported the event, which took place around 6:30 p.m. on Thursday in the 3000 block of Horse Ranch Road.
Emergency services promptly transported the child to a trauma center. While the child is currently stable, their condition remains critical, highlighting the severity of the incident.
