While the fries could have used a bit more salt, the cheeseburger was delicious and the drink was generously sized. Overall, the meal was quite filling for the price. Elder noted that while he would pass on the fries, he would happily eat the double cheeseburger again. Additionally, every Thursday, Murf’s offers a half-price deal, making it an even more budget-friendly option for a satisfying cheeseburger in San Antonio.

The 11th annual Monarch Butterfly and Pollinator Festival is the grand finale of Migratory Month in San Antonio, celebrating the amazing creatures that travel through the region. Throughout September, nine local restaurants and cafes, such as Liberty Bar and Best Quality Daughter, featured special dishes inspired by pollinators. Guests can participate in a fun contest by snapping a picture of the ‘Made Possible by Pollinators’ logo at participating restaurants and tagging @MonarchFestSATX for a chance to win a goodie basket.
