The restaurant features a menu that celebrates Texas comfort food, crafted cocktails, and the local spirit of craftsmanship.
The menu is a tribute to Texas classics sourced from local ingredients. One of the stars is the chicken fried steak, which includes a seasoned local cutlet double-breaded with Shiner Bock beer batter, served alongside cream gravy, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Other menu highlights include redfish on the half shell, cowboy caviar, a classic cheeseburger with house fries, and a chopped venison steak topped with brown gravy. A new addition to the menu is a penne vodka pasta finished with a poblano cream sauce and grilled chicken.
