Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille at La Cantera is known for its upscale dining experience, featuring handcrafted cocktails and a new seasonal martini trio for October. This week, we highlighted three innovative cocktails: the Strait Paloma, which pays homage to George Strait’s favorite drink, crafted with Código 1530 Blanco tequila, fresh lime and grapefruit juices, blood orange purée, and agave. The Whiskey Sour Noir blends Four Roses bourbon with house-made Pinot Noir syrup, lemon juice, and orange bitters, while the Peachy Plane combines Maker’s Mark bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino, lemon juice, and peach purée. Additionally, look out for October’s off-the-menu specials like steak tartare, white bean pork chili, beef Wellington, and pumpkin cheesecake.
