SAN ANTONIO – A tragic event unfolded in San Antonio when a 33-year-old man was found dead with multiple stab wounds near a West Side apartment complex. This incident has raised many questions regarding safety and violence in the community.
The San Antonio Police Department received a call about the stabbing just after midnight on Wednesday, prompting officers to respond to the scene located in the 1000 block of San Fernando Street, close to Guadalupe Street.

Upon arrival, officers discovered the victim and quickly transported him to a local hospital. Unfortunately, he was pronounced dead shortly after reaching the hospital. This incident serves as a grim reminder of the violence that can occur in urban areas.
According to preliminary reports from the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD), witnesses indicated that several individuals were involved and present inside the apartment during the incident. This has led to heightened interest in the motives behind the attack.
In response to the situation, the SAPD’s SWAT Team was called to the scene to secure the area and safely remove the individuals from the apartment. They were detained shortly thereafter, emphasizing the seriousness with which law enforcement is treating this case.
Out of those detained, two suspects were taken into custody. However, at this time, their identities and the specific charges they may face remain unclear. The lack of information regarding the victim’s purpose for being at the location adds another layer of complexity to the investigation.
