The accident took place around 2:10 a.m. in the 4600 block of westbound Loop 1604, a busy area known for its heavy traffic. Joseph Willis, 22, was reportedly driving at high speeds when he lost control of his vehicle, leading to the crash.

It’s crucial for everyone to understand the serious consequences that can arise from such reckless behavior. If you or someone you know is planning to drink, always consider alternative transportation options or designate a sober driver.
