SAN ANTONIO MISSIONS
5757 US-90, San Antonio, TX 78227
Nelson Wolff Stadium is where the San Antonio Missions play, the Double-A affiliate of the San Diego Padres. Since 1888, this team has been a beloved part of minor league baseball, offering affordable family fun in San Antonio for over 120 seasons. This year, the stadium will be the heart of the H-E-B Independence Day Celebration, as the city joins in on the festivities to celebrate America’s 250th birthday.
The night will be filled with excitement from the start of the game to the final fireworks. The Missions will battle the Amarillo Sod Poodles, while fans can participate in a hot dog eating contest, enjoy a postgame concert by country artist Wade Bowen, and watch a spectacular fireworks display. This combination of baseball, live music, and fireworks guarantees a memorable Fourth of July celebration for everyone.

DORP CREAMERY
310 W Grayson St, San Antonio, TX 78212
Dorp Creamery is a unique ice cream shop in San Antonio that offers Asian-inspired flavors. Founded by Michael Chue, the idea came from his craving for the Asian-influenced ice creams he enjoyed while growing up in New York. Dorp operates out of a truck, creating small-batch ice cream made from scratch. They use a rich custard base, which is aged before churning to achieve a smooth, premium texture.
The menu is packed with bold flavors like ube, black sesame, matcha, and Thai iced tea. One standout is the mango sticky rice ice cream, which has gone viral on social media for its creamy consistency and delicious taste. Through pop-ups and local markets, Dorp has gained a dedicated following among San Antonio locals who are eager for a dessert experience beyond the typical scoop shop.
