BEXAR COUNTY, Texas – A recent incident in Bexar County has raised concerns about road rage and public safety. The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office reported that two individuals were arrested following a dangerous vehicle pursuit that started with a road rage encounter.
The event unfolded around 6 p.m. on FM 78, when deputies received a call about a disturbance involving a firearm. A mother, who was driving with her children, found herself in a frightening situation when a couple in another vehicle confronted her.
According to the sheriff’s office, one of the individuals from the other car pointed a gun at the mother and her children. Thankfully, no one was harmed during this tense encounter. After the incident, the mother called the authorities for help.
When deputies arrived, they noticed the couple attempting to leave the area. The officers initiated a traffic stop, but the female driver refused to comply, which led to a police chase.
During the pursuit, the male passenger, identified as 18-year-old Isaiah Andrew Ramirez Bryan, jumped from the moving vehicle in the 5100 block of Wheatland Drive. He fled on foot, jumping over several fences in an attempt to evade capture.

While fleeing, Bryan is believed to have discarded several weapons, including a pink handgun and a black handgun. He was later apprehended and charged with evading arrest, classified as a Class A misdemeanor. He was booked into the Bexar County jail with a bond set at $1,000 but was granted a personal recognizance bond, which allows individuals who cannot afford bail to be released under certain conditions.
As of now, it remains uncertain whether Bryan will face any additional charges. Meanwhile, the female driver continued driving and ultimately crashed into another vehicle at the intersection of Swann Lane and Crest Lane. She was also arrested, although her identity and potential charges are not yet known.
