SAN ANTONIO – In a shocking incident early Tuesday morning, a 28-year-old man was attacked while getting a haircut in San Antonio. The police were called to the scene shortly after 3:40 a.m., in an area just a few blocks east of the Alamodome, specifically in the 600 block of Olive Street.
According to the San Antonio Police Department (SAPD), the victim was in the middle of his haircut when he began to argue with the father of the suspect. This argument escalated quickly, leading the suspect, a 35-year-old man, to stab the victim in the upper body.
Not only was the victim stabbed, but he also reported being punched multiple times by the suspect and several other individuals who were present during the altercation. After the attack, the victim managed to leave the scene and contacted the police from a different location. He was subsequently taken to a local hospital to treat his injuries.
As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with this case, and SAPD has stated that their investigation is ongoing. This incident serves as a reminder of the unpredictable nature of conflicts, even in everyday situations like getting a haircut.
