SAN ANTONIO – ¡Viva! Fiesta has kicked off with a bang, and the excitement continues on Monday, April 20, with the Texas Cavaliers River Parade.

The theme for this year’s parade is “Through the Decades: A Centennial Celebration,” honoring the 100th anniversary of the Texas Cavaliers organization. Leon McNeil, the founder of City Kids Adventures, will serve as this year’s grand marshal.

The Texas Cavaliers consist of around 600 businesses and community leaders. Founded in 1926, the organization established the Texas Cavaliers Charitable Foundation in 1989 to support local nonprofit organizations.

Tickets are available for purchase online.

Fiesta began on Thursday, April 16, and will conclude on Sunday, April 26, offering 11 days filled with food, music, and cultural activities in San Antonio.

The celebration will include dozens of events, featuring traditional Fiesta parades, family festivals, and can’t-miss city traditions.
