TONIGHT
A strong cold front swept through on Sunday, bringing gusty north winds that are expected to reach speeds of 40-50 mph during the evening and overnight hours. These strong winds can lead to hazardous conditions.
Winds will be VERY GUSTY Sunday night
While widespread power outages are not anticipated, the high winds may cause tree limbs to sway and break, potentially interacting with power lines, leading to spotty outages tonight.
Additionally, the fire danger remains elevated. Residents are urged to avoid outdoor burning and to dispose of cigarettes properly. A RED FLAG WARNING is currently in effect until 8 PM on Monday.

As the workweek begins, temperatures are forecasted to drop significantly by Monday morning. The San Antonio area will see temperatures around 40°F. The cold snap will continue into Monday night, with Tuesday morning lows expected to dip into the 30s. While San Antonio is likely to stay just above freezing, surrounding areas may experience brief freezing temperatures.
