FORECAST

Today, expect more clouds and the possibility of showers or downpours as we keep an eye on the remnants of Tropical Storm Edouard. This system is moving south and west, which means it will influence our weather today. Although we won’t see significant rainfall, the added cloud cover will help keep temperatures a bit cooler than usual, with highs reaching the 90s. There’s about a 30% chance of a shower, especially in the afternoon.

If you’re planning to tailgate for the UTSA game tomorrow, be prepared for heat and humidity. While there’s a slight chance of a shower, it’s more likely to be a hot day in the 90s. Remember to stay hydrated and cheer on the team with a loud “BIRDS UP!”

Looking ahead to the Labor Day weekend, the forecast seems mostly quiet. While there may be a stray shower early on Sunday due to another weak system, the main weather story will be the persistent heat and humidity throughout Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
