SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio Spurs fans will need to subscribe to DAZN to watch games that were not selected for national TV broadcasts — beginning with the 2026-27 season.
In an announcement made Wednesday, the Spurs detailed an exciting new partnership with DAZN, a leading sports streaming platform. This collaboration will allow fans to stream every Spurs game live, including all preseason matchups and various team-produced programming.
Fans will still have access to 22 games that will be broadcast over-the-air on a local channel, the specifics of which are yet to be revealed. This dual approach aims to enhance the viewing experience for Spurs supporters in the region.
“Partnering with DAZN gives Spurs fans an easy and innovative platform to follow Spurs game action and additional behind-the-scenes highlights,” said Frank Miceli, chief commercial officer at Spurs Sports & Entertainment, in the release. “This partnership expands access to Spurs basketball and original content across our home broadcast market while creating more ways for fans to connect with the team.”
For fans considering a subscription, DAZN will offer a monthly pass priced at $19.99 and a season pass available for $120. Additionally, the platform’s Monthly Pass Ultimate plan will be set at $24.99, while the Season Pass Ultimate plan will cost $140. Notably, Spurs season ticket holders and fan club members will be eligible for subscription discounts, making access even more affordable.
Beyond just Spurs games, DAZN will also feature select matches from San Antonio FC as well as NBA G League games featuring the Austin Spurs, providing a comprehensive sports viewing experience for fans in the area.
The subscription service is set to launch in the coming weeks, offering Spurs fans a convenient way to stay connected with their favorite team. The anticipation is building as the Spurs gear up for their preseason opener on October 8 against the Atlanta Hawks at the Frost Bank Center. Following that, the regular season will commence at home on October 20 against the Oklahoma City Thunder, a highly anticipated rematch from the Western Conference Finals, which will be televised nationally on NBC and Peacock.
