For mid-May, it doesn’t get much better than this. After a cool morning, temperatures will rise into the upper-80s. Expect mostly sunny skies throughout the day, making it a perfect time to hang out with friends or enjoy some outdoor activities.

Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. By Friday, we’ll see humidity levels start to rise again, resulting in a sticky weekend. This means our typical weather pattern will return, bringing morning clouds followed by sunny afternoons. So, if you’re planning on going outside, make sure to stay hydrated!

As of now, the weekend looks dry. A strong cap in the atmosphere should prevent storms from forming. However, a shift in this pattern early next week could bring some changes. Look out for possible storms flaring up from Sunday night through Tuesday. While we don’t have all the details yet, spring weather can be unpredictable, and some of these storms could be strong.
